THE KING IS DEAD

The King of Ironforge, Magni Bronzebeard, was assassinated today by Los Banditos Locos.

This was the second attempt by Los Banditos Locos upon the life of Bronzebeard, the first assassination attempt being successfully thwarted by an Alliance counter-attack. However, after some careful revision, Jymreaper crafted a wonderous plan that was brought to fruition by a mob of bloodthirsty Banditos. Bronzebeard, always too smug in his perceived safety within Ironforge, was lured out of his throneroom by Adirage and lead into a small house, where he was mercilessly beaten to death. After the corpse was suitably desecrated, the Banditos went on a rampage through Ironforge, killing the Battle Masters and Auctioneers, along with any flagged Alliance who got in their way.

Many thanks to those who partook in this event. Special thanks go to Jymreaper, who has plotted many sinister events on behalf of Los Banditos Locos, and to Adirage, who spent considerable time perfecting the art of luring Bronzebeard out of his throneroom whilst avoiding death from the guard zerg. Also, thanks to the Alliance who put up a fight during this event, and who also provided outstanding entertainment for our humble spy who was lurking amongst their ranks, monitoring their communications.
